Job Description
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Work with Reservation Manager and facilitators to shape retreat programes
- Act as main point of contact once a retreat is confirmed
- Ensure all planning, team coordination, and preparation is in place
- Oversee retreat on the ground and support smooth execution
- Lead a yoga or movement daily session when wished for
- Offer morning meditation when needed
- Occasionally support staff with sessions
- Be a visible, welcoming presence for retreat hosts
- Help maintain a calm, grounded atmosphere
- Support Front of House team with guest needs
Core Criteria:
- Previous experience in retreat coordination, event management, or luxury hospitality
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Calm and solution-oriented
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest experience
- Professional, well-presented, and service-driven
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to host dinner when required
This is not a full-time teaching role. It is a retreat operations and experience role with yoga and meditation facilitation.
Plant-based meals and accommodation provided.
Flexible schedule:
- 5 days on / 2 days off (operationally dependent)
- OR 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
This is a live-in position
