About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile bank transactions accurately
- Allocate and process debtors and creditors
- Maintain cashbook records
- Provide general administration duties as required
- Utilize Pastel software for accounting tasks
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years relevant accounting experience
- Good working knowledge of Pastel
- Solid working experience in debtors, creditors, and cashbook processing
