Job Summary
- Manage the complete dealership, including sales of parts, and service departments
- Develop, align, and implement sound business strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Measure the delivers of operational plans, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Ensure business retention while driving the expansion of new business opportunities
- Manage budgets to align with operational plans and monitor performance, and report on variances
- Drive sales targets, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Senior Management
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the motor industry, specifically car dealerships
- Extensive knowledge and strong background of passenger vehicles
- Presentable, sales-oriented, trustworthy, and skilled in building lasting relationships
- Well connected within the motor industry
- Proficient in dealership management software (Evolve)
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills
- National Senior Certificate
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
