Management Couple Madikwe Game Reserve Introduction An exclusive lodge in the heart of Madikwe Game Reserve is seeking an experienced management couple to join a luxury hospitality environment. This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic couple with proven fivestar lodge experience to take ownership of operations, guest experience, and team management within a worldclass safari setting. The role is ideal for a handson, selfdriven couple passionate about safari living, service excellence, and creating unforgettable moments in Madikwe . Job Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a 5star lodge or luxury hospitality environment Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational standards Independent; proactive management style with strong decisionmaking skills Creative; solutionfocused mindset with strong guest engagement abilities Own transport and valid drivers licenses Outgoing personalities with excellent hosting and communication skills Him: FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred), all guiding qualifications valid Trails qualification (advantageous) First Aid Level 1 Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills Hosting; basic HR, and fluent English skills Her: Strong hosting and administrative skills PAN knowledge (essential) MS Office proficiency Allrounder lodge operations knowledge (advantageous) Basic HR and fluent English skills Package Competitive management package Onsite accommodation provided Companypaid food allowance Rotational work cycle Annual leave allocation Uniform provided Provident fund after qualifying period Performancebased annual bonus Start Date: As soon as possible
