About the Role

Marble Hall is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee the operations of our citrus packhouse facility. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hall, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage night shift operations and ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards
• Monitor and control energy usage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during production
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Maintain accurate records of production, labor hours, and other relevant data

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the citrus packhouse environment
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of fruit sizer operation would be an advantage
• Own transport and valid driver’s license are required for this role
