Marble Hall: Night Shift Manager – Marble Hall

About the Role

The Marble Hall is seeking a Night Shift Manager to oversee the operations of our citrus packhouse facility during evening hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our night shift, managing staff and equipment, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage night shift operations, including supervising staff and monitoring production
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and reports on production, quality, and maintenance
• Coordinate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handovers
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the citrus packhouse environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of fruit sizer operation is an advantage
• Mechanical experience is an asset
• Own transport and valid driver’s license required
