Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable company in Limpopo, is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join their team.
????????????:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
Sales, or a related field. - An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or project management software.
- Previous experience working in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and commercial operations.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with production processes and issue resolution.
- Experience with HR functions and employee management.
- Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting
tools. - Excellent communication, problem–solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast–paced environment.
