About the Role
A well-established Law Firm in Pretoria East is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial bank bonds and related documents, as well as trust, company, and CC matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60 instructions per month
- Provide excellent communication skills in English for dealing with banks and clients
- Assist with conveyancing work involving commercial bank bonds and related documents
Requirements
- Matric (5 years of experience required)
- 8 years’ experience in FNB Private Clients / FNB Private Wealth / RMB Private Bank Bonds, or any other Commercial Bank Bonds
- Experience in handling trusts, companies, and CC’s is essential
