About the Role
A well-established Law Firm in Pretoria East is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial bank bonds and related documents, as well as trust, company, and CC matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60 instructions per month
- Provide excellent and professional communication skills in English, dealing with banks and clients
- Assist with conveyancing-related tasks
Requirements
- Matric
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in FNB Private Clients / FNB Private Wealth / RMB Private Bank Bonds
- Experience in any other Commercial Bank Bonds, together with Trusts, Companies, and CC’s (not just bonds for individuals)
