About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agronomist with a strong background in fertilizer management to join our team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing issues related to crop health and soil fertility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential issues with crops and develop solutions
- Conduct research on industry trends, technology, and developments
- Provide expert advice on fertilizer management and crop optimization
- Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to implement best practices
- Develop and present reports on crop performance and soil health
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science or related field
- 3 years experience as Agronomist
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Solid SA experience of crops
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
