About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agronomist with a strong background in fertilizer management to join our team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of crop production and be able to identify issues and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on fertilizer applications and their impact on crop yields
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions to optimize fertilizer use
- Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to implement best practices
- Provide expert advice on fertilizer management and crop production
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science or related field
- 3 years experience as Agronomist
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Solid SA experience of crops
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
