About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agronomist with a strong background in fertilizer management to join our team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of crop production and be able to identify issues and provide solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on fertilizer management and contributing to the growth and development of our agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field assessments to identify potential issues with fertilizer management
- Develop and implement effective fertilizer management strategies
- Provide expert advice on crop production and fertilizer application
- Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to improve agricultural practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science or related field
- 3 years experience as Agronomist
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Solid SA experience of crops
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
