Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Education or Administration 2 years experience working with students in an academic support role Duties include and responsibilities: Answering customer queries Assisting with the processing of student registrations Preparing the student schedules for courses Completion of the graduation documents for the course and qualifications Guiding and supporting students Liaising with Lecturers and Programme Coordinators Taking attendance Out of Office cover and campus administrative duties Updating outcomes on the SMS Cancelling abandoned carts on the SMS The processing of student and employer surveys The preparation of Credit Transfer documents Quality monitoring Implementing company policies and procedures Managing student records and learner management systems Assisting with the institutes accounts Working with and maintaining the student portals Assisting with the updating of the student details Ad hoc tasks as required by the Academic Head and Learning Support Officers
