About the Role
Drive smarter decisions and unlock efficiency across sales and distribution systems. Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP S&D end-user support and resolve system-related queries within SLA
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify system improvement opportunities and quantify business benefits
- Develop business cases and functional specifications for enhancements
- Support and execute system implementations and small-scale IT projects
- Facilitate user training and develop training materials
- Maintain SAP user profiles and support audit compliance
- Conduct system audits and report on risks and non-compliance
- Develop and maintain business reports within SAP S&D
- Provide ongoing recommendations for system and process optimisation
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, BCom or related field
- 12 years experience in SAP S&D or relevant IT/business environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis
- Proven ability to support or deliver system-related projects
- Solid knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capability
- Experience with MS Office, Project, Visio or similar tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
