About the Role
Gijima is recruiting an Internship Administrator/Receptionist for their training centre in Midrand, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in administration. As an intern, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the delivery of high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to the training centre team
- Perform various tasks related to event planning and coordination
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
- Completed a 3-year tertiary qualification in Administration (e.g. Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Project Management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, e-mail, internet
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent command of the English language
