Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
MES System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MES applications. Ensure the MES is effectively integrated with other systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA, PLCs) in the manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with MES software and hardware, minimizing downtime. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance production efficiency and accuracy. Process Improvement: Analyze MES data to identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement process changes that enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency. Provide technical guidance on MES capabilities to support continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain MES reports and dashboards to provide production visibility and performance insights. Conduct regular analysis of MES data to track KPIs, identifying trends or potential issues in production. Strong understanding of MES architecture, databases (SQL), and system interfaces. Ability to analyze MES data to drive manufacturing insights and improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in MES engineering/technical roles, ideally within a Tyre manufacturing or automotive production environment. Experience with specific MES systems (e.g., Wonderware, Historian, Yokogawa, Mitsubishi, BOSS, Shopware) is highly advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and integration with MES. Analytical Thinking to interpret data and troubleshoot complex systems. Collaboration and Communication to work with teams and ensure efficient MES usage. Strong understanding of MES architecture, databases (SQL), and system interfaces. Knowledge of industrial automation, SCADA, and PLC systems. Technical Proficiency in MES and related manufacturing technology. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Project management skills to handle MES updates and improvements. We are looking forward to your application
