Account Coordination
- Act as the primary internal contact for all clients
- Manage large-scale orders from initial quote to final delivery
Meticulous Order Processing
- Receive and capture complex orders
- Ensure all branding specs, sizes, and quantities are exact
Deadline Management
- Track production and delivery timelines
- Ensure important dates, events and periods are not missed
Supplier Liaison
- Coordinate with embroidery, printing, and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and production status
Invoicing and Quotes
- Prepare detailed costings and professional proposals
- Issue accurate invoices
- Follow up on payment status for accounts
Sample Management
- Organise and track product samples sent to clients for sizing sets or promotional approval
Data Integrity
- Maintain the CRM with updated contact lists and corporate buyer information
