About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building scalable platforms supporting network automation, customer portals, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend and API-driven applications
- Support automation of provisioning and monitoring
- Ensure secure coding and scalable architecture
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements
- 6+ years software development experience
- Strong Python/Java/Node + cloud experience
- Minimum 3+ years in the telecommunications or NMS/EMS (Network Management Systems/Element Management Systems) domain
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as SIP, VoIP, LTE, 5G, IMS, SNMP, MPLS, or Diameter
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP)
