About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Milnerton, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, while also driving organic growth and improving overall market performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities across international markets
  • Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour
  • Drive lead generation across paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
  • Oversee performance marketing including Google Ads and Meta advertising
  • Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI
  • Improve website conversion performance and landing pages
  • Lead the SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Grow organic traffic and inbound leads
  • Oversee blogs, guides, newsletters, and digital content
  • Ensure website content remains engaging, relevant, and conversion focused
  • Manage CRM marketing and lead nurture journeys
  • Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Develop campaigns to drive repeat and referral business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience within the travel or tourism industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM marketing
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI
  • Ability to align marketing activity with sales performance and business growth
  • Strong ability to analyse metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and content creation
