Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Receipting Clerk to join our team in Mossel Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify incoming deliveries against documentation
  • Book in stock accurately and timeously
  • Manage stock transfers between branches (Mossel Bay and George)
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and records
  • Process and manage customer returns
  • Arrange couriers and manage related documentation
  • Prepare and process banking
  • Assist with counter sales when required
  • Maintain accurate filing and administrative records
  • Liaise with internal departments and branch staff as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience handling stock and inventory
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
