About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise & Supplier Development Officer to assist and support registered and potential suppliers with onboarding processes in Mpumalanga. This role will manage supplier development initiatives, reporting, and compliance while ensuring efficient operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate supplier onboarding processes and development portals
- Provide monthly and quarterly procurement reports
- Facilitate supplier interviews and gather data for efficient reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
- Support management in developing and implementing best practices and standards
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years work experience, including at least 1 year in Finance or Supply Chain
- Experience in Enterprise and Supplier Development advantageous
- Mining industry experience advantageous
Qualifications
