About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Instructor – Safari for our Greater Kruger National Park operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-quality guided safaris and developing our guide development programs. If you have a proven track record in guiding and leadership, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality guided safaris within the Greater Kruger National Park
- Develop and implement guide development programs to enhance team performance
- Provide expert guidance on wildlife management and conservation practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum NQF 4 qualification
- VPDA certification
- FGASA Professional Field Guide certification
- FGASA Professional Trails Guide certification
- Advanced Rifle Handling training (or close to achieving these)
- At least 510 years of relevant industry experience
- Current NDT registration
- PDP registration
- Active FGASA membership
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (if applicable)
