Job Description

RPO Recruitments client, a leading contractor in South Africa is seeking an experienced Roads and Earthworks Foreman to manage workers, materials, and plant on site in Bethal. The role is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Site accommodation and additional allowances will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction teams to meet programmes and deadlines. Manage materials, plant, and site resources effectively. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Conduct setting out, levelling, and oversee construction processes. Apply labour legislation and manage staff performance on site. Requirements: Matric with Maths / NQF4 (advantageous) Minimum 5 years experience in roads and earthworks Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, plant, and equipment Ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site teams safely Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
