About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our agricultural industry team, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations, dealing with warranties and OEM systems, and leading our team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations
- Deal with warranties and OEM systems and procedures
- Lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager in the Agricultural Industry
- Grade 12 is required
- Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Technical Qualification beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office | ERP Software
- Experience managing workshop operations
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
