The District Branch Manager is a key position responsible for leading the Mthatha branch, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and driving business growth in the Financial Services Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage a team of selected Sales managers
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage poor performance and implement processes to achieve targets
- Manage daily business operations
- Compile weekly reports
Requirements
- Matric 4 yearsâ Insurance work experience
- Financial Services Industry experience (desirable)
- RE5 (desirable)
