About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Debtors to join our team at Recreation Africa Leisure Industries (PTY) Ltd., specifically at our Muldersdrift property, Misty Hills Conference Centre & Spa. As a full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for supervising our debtors function and invoicing, as well as other key tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise full debtors function and invoicing
- Manage bank reconciliations and cashbook processing
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Accounting Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution
- Relevant Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience up to Trial Balance
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised using own initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Qualifications
- CIMSO experience (Inn Keeper) or Hospitality Software is an advantage
