HR & IR Officer Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout UsWe are a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence, compliance, and employee well-being. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & IR Officer to join our team and support our people strategy while ensuring strong industrial relations practices.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR):Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain employee records and HR information systemsSupport performance management processesAdminister employee benefits and leave managementAssist in training and development initiativesEnsure compliance with labor legislation and company policiesIndustrial Relations (IR):Handle disciplinary and grievance proceduresRepresent the company in hearings and conciliations (e.g., at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration if applicable)Advise management on labor law and employee relations mattersManage union engagements and collective bargaining processesDraft warnings, notices, and formal correspondenceMinimum RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labour Law35 years experience in an HR & IR roleStrong knowledge of labor legislation (e.g., Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act)Experience handling disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases.
