About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost and Operations Finance Coordinator to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, including cost allocation, reconciliation, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Process weekly producer and creditor payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines
- Reconcile container and operational costs, and allocate costs accurately
- Develop and maintain financial tracking schedules and reconciliation reports
- Provide support for system improvements and process optimisation
- Engage effectively with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- 5+ years’ experience in operational finance (including forex), cost administration, or export-related financial environments
- Solid experience in cost allocation, reconciliation, and financial tracking
- Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential) and advanced Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Experience with systems such as QX, ApprovalMax, or similar (advantageous)
