Job Description
- Lead the Team: Manage recruitment, functional training, and performance for all hub staff.
- Master Logistics: Oversee the full lifecycle of Express and Food operations, ensuring we hit our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) every time.
- Manage the Network: Onboard, monitor, and process weekly payments for our vital driver network.
- Analyse & Grow: Dive into weekly performance reports to identify bottlenecks and ‘think outside the box’ to scale the business.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure all equipment is functional and branch security protocols are strictly followed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing diverse operational functions.
- Logistics Experience: Prior experience in the logistics or delivery industry is highly advantageous.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to analyse data reports and manage digital driver documentation.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are mandatory for inter-branch travel.
