About the Role
The Power Plant Maintenance Engineer position is a critical role in our GCC Factories operations in Nelspruit, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee plant maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for the Engineering Department in line with O & M Strategies
- Provide input into major breakdowns and analyze all breakdowns
- Reduce breakdowns
- Ensure effective plant preventative maintenance
- Conduct plant preventative maintenance
- Overview and assess planned maintenance activities
Requirements
- 15 years exp in POWER PLANT / Utilities environment
- GCC Factories
- Degree Mechanical
- Strong MS Excel, Word and Project Management & PowerPoint skills
- Auditing Skills
- Understanding Power Plant operations & associated risks
- SHERQ Management Systems knowledge
