? ?? ??????????? ??????????? has partnered with a prestigious safari operation in Kenya to recruit an experienced and highly capable ???? ??????? This position is ideally suited to a seasoned hospitality professional with proven expertise in managing remote camps or lodges in Africa. The successful candidate will confidently oversee all operational functions while maintaining the highest level of guest service. A genuine passion for the wilderness and conservation, as well as the ability to craft personalised experiences for an international clientele, is essential. The role requires a resilient individual with the physical stamina and adaptability needed to excel in a remote environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in remote Camp or Lodge Management, preferably in East or Southern Africa. A relevant hospitality qualification or degree is advantageous. (Essential to obtain work permit) Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong operational and logistical knowledge including HR, procurement, stock control, and reporting. Effective in crisis management and hands-on problem-solving. Technical understanding of camp infrastructure including generators, plumbing, vehicle maintenance, and basic electrics. Guest-oriented approach with the ability to deliver a high-end, personalized service to international clientele. Proficient in monthly stock takes, financial oversight, and cost controls. A team-player with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire camp staff. Strong attention to detail with high standards of hygiene, presentation, and hospitality service.
