About the Role
The Time & Labour Data Controller â Construction role is a critical position in our construction department, requiring strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data handling and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing time records, cost codes, WBS structures, and registers, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage time records, cost codes, and WBS structures in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and reliable data handling, with a focus on bookkeeping, creditors, and debtors experience
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, following up on issues and providing solutions to engineers and project teams
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with confidential information
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
