About the Role

The Guest Operations Administrator role at The Vineyard Hotel, Oude Werf & Stellenbosch Hotels, is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the departments within the Guest Operations Portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the services provided by the Guest Operations Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all administrative duties related to running the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Cleaning Departments (which comprises Kitchen Stewarding and Public Area Departments)
  • Assist various HODs with departmental administration
  • Communicate rostering across all relevant departments timeously on all relevant platforms
  • Capture rosters in the time and attendance systems
  • Assist with guest amenity and cleaning supply stock ordering across Guest Operations
  • Maintain accurate staff files per department within Guest Operations

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a busy, upmarket establishment
