Estimate the daily production needs including checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Working closely with all senior chefs in creating and elevating all aspects of the culinary experience. Able to develop, train and inspire a diverse team of junior chefs. Being pro-active in managing food control systems to ensure margins are maintained. Strict adherence to all agreed regulations, especially with regards to security, environment and hygiene regulations. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic monthly remuneration of approx. R15, 000.00 NEG.
