About the Role

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a highly creative and ambitious Videographer / Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and branding campaigns, you will be responsible for capturing cinematic video content showcasing the resort, events, experiences, staff, and guests. Your task will also include editing professional video content for social media, YouTube, websites, ads, and campaigns, as well as uploading, managing, and optimizing content on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic video content showcasing the resort, events, experiences, staff, and guests
• Edit professional video content for social media, YouTube, websites, ads, and campaigns
• Upload, manage, and optimize content on YouTube and social media platforms
• Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots independently
• Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple content projects
• Create short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, promos, ads)
• Maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing and branding campaigns
• Ensure consistent quality, storytelling, and brand tone
• Work autonomously with accountability and strong time management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Content Creator
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Creative eye with strong storytelling ability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience creating content for social media and YouTube
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (if applicable)
