About the Role
We are seeking a talented Videographer / Content Creator to join our team at Craven Cottage CC, where you will be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality video content that showcases our resort, events, experiences, staff, and guests. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our visual storytelling strategy across various social media platforms, YouTube, websites, ads, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture cinematic video content showcasing the resort, events, experiences, staff, and guests
- Edit professional video content for social media, YouTube, websites, ads, and campaigns
- Upload, manage, and optimize content on YouTube and social media platforms
- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots independently
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple content projects
- Create short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, promos, ads)
- Maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear
- Contribute creative ideas to marketing and branding campaigns
- Ensure consistent quality, storytelling, and brand tone
- Work autonomously with accountability and strong time management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Content Creator
Strong video shooting and editing skills
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Creative eye with strong storytelling ability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience creating content for social media and YouTube
Strong organizational and communication skills
