About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Building Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team in Paarl. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of building projects, ensuring cost control, profitability, accurate valuations, and effective subcontractor management from project inception through to final account.

- Cost control, budgets & cashflow forecasting
- BOQ measurement, pricing & estimating
- Subcontractor management & contract administration
- Monthly valuations, claims & final accounts
Requirements
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5-8 years’ building construction experience (contractor-side preferred)
• Strong measurement, costing & negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s licence
