About the Role
A leading retail company situated in Paarl, Western Cape is urgently seeking an experienced Omni Planner to join their team. With a focus on efficient retail e-commerce solution, we are looking for someone who can analyse store distribution and shopper behaviour, including sales patterns and volume off-take.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse store distribution and shopper behaviour, including sales patterns and volume off-take
- Determine optimal pricing strategies per class
- Develop optimal pricing rules as well as tracking criteria
- Analyse price elasticity to optimise margin
- Consolidate analytical streams in the Assortment Optimisation software and develop criteria tactics relevant to the specific class
- Run the models to determine optimal assortments. Analyse network data to determine the optimal clustering profile of the class
- Execute the Assortment distribution and activate tracking
- Perform scheduled Assortment reviews to optimise sales volumes and profit contribution
- Develop and implement sales plans and budgets for assigned categories or departments
Requirements
- BEng Industrial Engineering qualification or equivalent
- 3 years retail experience
