About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Parys fashion retail store, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ retail store management experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work retail hours
