About the Role
Hire Resolve is urgently seeking an experienced Admin & Payroll Administrator to join their team in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the complete factory payroll process, providing receptionist duties, and offering administrative support to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the complete factory payroll process, taking full accountability and responsibility for its accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and visitors.
- Offer administrative support to management and employees, which may include tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Perform secretarial duties for management, such as preparing reports, presentations, and minutes.
- Adhere to all production and safety procedures.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Payroll qualification (Sage VIP preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in reception, secretarial, general administration, and data capture.
- 3+ years’ experience in VIP payroll processing.
- 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365.
