About the Role
Hire Resolves client in the Finance industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an Admin & Payroll Administrator in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our factory payroll process, provide receptionist duties, and offer administrative support to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the complete factory payroll process, taking full accountability and responsibility for its accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and visitors.
- Offer administrative support to management and employees, which may include tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Perform secretarial duties for management, such as preparing reports, presentations, and minutes.
- Adhere to all production and safety procedures.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Payroll qualification (Sage VIP preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in reception, secretarial, general administration, and data capture.
- 3+ years’ experience in VIP payroll processing.
- 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) with passes in English and Mathematics.
