About the Role

As a Site Foreman/ Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, managing field staff, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This hands-on role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign work to field staff based on project requirements
• Procurement of materials and essential items required for each project
• Monitor daily activities to ensure work is completed on time and within scope
• Serve as primary liaison between the office and clients whilst on site
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to company and industry standards
• Ensure that the company follows all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements
• Review scope of works/job cards/estimates and invoices for accuracy and fairness
• Track project timelines and budgets and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all project activities and progress
• Recruit qualified sub-contractors and additional skilled field staff as required
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training or guidance when necessary
• Address customer inquiries or concerns related to project work being carried out
• Facilitate communication between the office and clients

Requirements

• Age: 27-to-40-year-old males
• Working with Heights experience
• Knowledge of Renovations and Construction
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (as required)

Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. construction, engineering)
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. construction management, safety certification)
