About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core human resource functions, including payroll, leave, and employee relations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports organizational compliance and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify time sheets for all staff
- Oversee employee leave administration and records
- Process monthly payroll in collaboration with finance
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Handle disciplinary procedures and assist with grievance matters
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and labor law
- Experience in handling disciplinary matters
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
Salary & Benefits
R20 000 – R25 000 monthly
