EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Field Sales Agent at Polokwane, Limpopo. Job Summary This role involves generating new funeral insurance business, increasing premium income, and expanding market presence by building strong relationships within communities, stakeholders, and distribution partners while ensuring excellent customer service and policy retention. Responsibilities and Duties Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and direct sales Identify opportunities within communities, churches, funeral parlours, and organisations Promote and sell funeral insurance products to individuals and groups Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis Support onboarding of funeral schemes and partnerships Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Deliver ongoing customer service and product education Execute retention campaigns and identify upselling opportunities Assist clients with policy updates and renewals Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Maintain accurate records and complete sales administration processes Submit regular sales and activity reports Represent the organisation at community events and engagements Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant Sales, Marketing, Insurance, or Business qualification (advantageous) Class of Business and FAIS compliance requirements (advantageous) RE5 Certification (advantageous) 12 years sales experience Experience in funeral insurance, life insurance, financial services, or related environments Proven ability in new business development and client retention Computer literate (Microsoft Suite) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven and self-motivated Strong negotiation and influencing skills Professional, ethical, and adaptable approach Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
