Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and verify weekly clock reports and overtime sheets from site systems
- Calculate ordinary hours, overtime (1.5x / 2x), and allowances per employee
- Reconcile hours with shift schedules and supervisor approvals
- Submit accurate payroll input to WWS central payroll by the weekly cut-off
- Compile and submit client invoices to Africa Sun Oil based on hours worked
- Maintain audit-ready records (clock reports, overtime approvals, submission logs)
- Liaise with site supervisor and client finance/HR on queries
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics or Accounting
- Payroll/bookkeeping certificate advantageous
- 1–2 years in payroll, timekeeping, or site administration (manufacturing / refinery / logistics preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail, ability to meet tight weekly deadlines
- English (Fluent)
- IsiZulu advantageous
- Must be comfortable working on-site
