To ensure that the process applied at the works is such to achieve a product that meets with SABS 542 and SABS 0157 standards

Major duties and responsibilities:
- Carry out all tests and record them on the appropriate documentation.
- Ensure correct mix recipe and colour are being used.
- Ensure tiles conform to SABS standards at all times.
- To carry out all tasks in a safe and proper manner and at all times adhere to the Company’s safety rules as well as the Occupational Health and Safety act.
- In addition to the above it may be necessary to carry out tasks not stipulated here but that have been allocated to you by your supervisor.
- Assists both mixer operator and the wet reject operator with rejection of waste
- Count the daily stacked tiles in the yard with the quality supervisor.
Education and/or experience requirements:
- Matric
- SABS
- 5 years working experience, preferably within a QA position advantageous
- Internal quality audit training
- Computer skills
Hourly Rate = R 43.91 p/h – R 65.00 p/h
