About the Role
Our client is a powerhouse in the South African transport refrigeration sector, specializing in high-performance cooling solutions for the cold chain industry. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced electrical systems within mobile refrigeration units.
- Handle complex wiring and troubleshoot electronic control boards.
- Ensure all cooling systems meet strict industry standards through meticulous preventative maintenance and rapid emergency repairs.
Requirements
- Qualified Auto Electrician: Must hold a recognized Trade Test certificate (Section 13 or 26D).
- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within the transport cooling or mobile refrigeration sector.
- Diagnostic Mastery: Proven ability to use specialized diagnostic software and tools to trace intricate electrical faults.
- Local Proximity: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth.
