About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clerk to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking employee hours, managing attendance reports, and liaising with payroll/HR regarding hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record employee clock-in and out times
  • Track hours worked, overtime, and absenteeism
  • Export data for payroll processing
  • Manage shift and attendance report
  • Capture and monitor attendance on Blick system
  • Correcting clockings errors
  • Generate attendance report

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • 2-3 years experience in time and attendance system
  • Good communication skills
  • Clerk experience
