About the Role

The Plant Administrator role at King Recruitment Solutions is a critical position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our factory grounds, office facilities, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations, managing fleet and logistics, and providing exceptional support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold and enforce adherence to all company rules and regulations
  • Health & Safety: Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices and procedures
  • Facilitate and ensure all personnel comply with health and safety practices and procedures
  • Facility and Grounds Management
  • Oversee the upkeep of the factory grounds, including landscaping, surrounding area maintenance, and the management of all cleaning services
  • Ensure all office building facilities and infrastructure are in good working order through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
  • Manage the facility’s access control system
  • Fleet and Logistics Coordination
  • Supervise the management of the company vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, proper maintenance, and adherence to usage policies
  • Coordinate and manage all staff commuting services, including overtime vehicles, shuttle buses, and other transport arrangements
  • Office Services and Supplies
  • Manage the inventory and distribution of office equipment and consumables
  • Oversee the office warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient distribution of office supplies to all departments
  • Procure, collect, store, record, and distribute all factory sundries items as needed
  • Ensure meeting rooms are equipped, prepared, and take meeting minutes
  • Records and Information Management
  • Maintain a systematic and secure filing and archiving system for all factory documents
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in handling all sensitive company and employee information
  • Administrative Support and Planning
  • Provide timely and effective administrative and office services to assist all other departments as required
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate internal factory events and team-building activities
  • Prepare the annual budget for departmental provisions, including staff gifts, office stationery, and refreshments
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management promptly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant field (advantageous)
  • MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position
  • Driver’s license and valid PDP (essential)
