Formal Tertiary education: Minimum Grade 12 Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience Good communication skills Good time management skills Languages: English Read, write and speak (required) Afrikaans Read, write and speak (optional) Drivers Licence: Code 8 Job Objectives: Handle all Services administration duties quotations for spares and call outs; manage warranty and repairs parts; manage the complete spare part process quote, order, shipping, delivery and invoicing; manage all the Services shipping requirements; handle the M-project process loading the project, allocate budget, etc. Keeping all registers up to date To provide an effective service through all access channels to include the phone, email, face to face and online digital services and to bring enquiries to a satisfactory resolution. Main

Responsibilities:

Quote, order and deliver spares on time Make sure quotes are accurate Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998 Jendamark Automation reserves the right not to make an appointment.
