About the Role
A coffee station at a well-established eye hospital in Moot, Pretoria is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Barista & Admin Assistant. The role combines coffee preparation with practical administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (internal training provided, plus a one-day course with the supplier).
- Assist with administrative tasks, including liaison, phone calls, message taking, paper shredding, and filing.
- Receive and manage deliveries (gas bottles, packages, etc.).
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations.
- Record and monitor sales to support forecasting and inventory management.
- Follow internal processes and participate in training programs to develop skills.
Requirements
- Skilled and confident in following processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records for stock and sales.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

No formal education or certifications are required for this position.
Salary & Benefits
Approximately R7,500 Gross per month. Medical aid and pension benefits are included.
