Job Description

Verantwoordelikhede: Verantwoordelik vir die implementering van strategiese planne om besigheidsdoelwitte te bereik, wins te dryf, en Finansiële Dienste te verbeter en te optimaliseer; Skep, onderhou, implementeer en hersien finansiële beleide en strukture wat koste-doeltreffendhei d en operasionele effektiwiteit aanmoedig, terwyl die beginsels van goeie bestuur geïntegreer word; Bly op hoogte van huidige mark- en industrie-kwessies , regulasies, beleide, en handhaaf verhoudings met regulerende liggame en rolspelers in die bedryf; Maksimaliseer maatskappy ontwikkelingsgeleenthede deur gebruik te maak van netwerke; Woon kredietkomitee-vergaderings by en tree op as voorsitter van die komitee; Bestuur die Finansiële Dienste-span; Handhaaf die missie, visie en waardes van die maatskappy; Identifiseer en bestuur kredietrisikos; Berei verslae oor die prestasie van die kredietafdeling voor en bied dit aan bestuur; Bied ondersteuning in die bestuur van inligtingstelsels om kliëntedienslewering te bevorder; Samewerking met die Regs- en Invorderingsafdeling sowel as die bestuur van hoërisiko-kliënte om te verseker dat die persentasie slegte skuld binne die bestuursriglyne bly; Deurlopende monitering en bestuur van die debiteureboek se prestasie; Samewerking met interne en eksterne rolspelers; Hersien en bestuur korrespondensie met prokureurs, kliënte, en interne regsverteenwoordigers; Verseker dat toepaslike wetgewing nagekom word; Monitor produktiwiteit en doeltreffendheid om die kredietproses te verbeter en aansoeke betyds te hanteer; Hersiening en formulering van die kredietbeleid met inagneming van ‘n veranderde omgewing en wetgewing; Bemagtig, motiveer en daag die kredietspan uit om kwaliteitprojekte te lewer en hul vaardighede te ontwikkel; Groei bestaande en nuwe debiteure binne die maatskappy se begrotingsriglyne en risikoprofiel deur geleenthede te identifiseer waar produkreekse aan kliënte uitgebrei kan word. Ontwikkeling van nuwe finansieringsprodukte; Berei aanbiedings voor en bied dit aan beleggers en ander eksterne belanghebbendes aan; en Ondersteun die Algemene Bestuurder met ad-hoc take. Vaardighede, Kwalifikasies en Algemene Vereistes: Minimum Graad 12 kwalifikasie ; n Baccalaureusgraad in Finansie s sal as vereiste dien; verdere studies sal voordelig wees; Kennis van die Nasionale Kredietwet en nakoming van regulatoriese wetgewing sal voordelig wees; Ten volle tweetalig in Afrikaans- en Engels (mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasie); 3 – 5 jaar bestuurservaring; 2 – 4 jaar relevante ervaring in data-ontleding sal voordelig wees; Vorige ervaring in landboufinansiering sal voordelig wees; Vermoë om aan te pas by veranderende omgewings en werksprosesse; Hoë vlak van verantwoordelikheid en eienaarskap; Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid en bevoegdheid in MS Office; Gevorderde vaardighede in Microsoft Excel ; Goeie kennis van statistiese prosesse en beste praktyk tendense; Ondervinding in die aanbied van statistiese data aan bestuurspanne; en Uitstekende kommunikasie-, leierskap- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
