Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4.
CAD diploma/certificate.
3 years of drafting experience.

Job purpose:
This position is responsible to professionally draft engineering designs according to client specification and project time schedules to support
the Engineers’ design process.

Key Responsibilities:
To draft engineering designs using the appropriate software relevant to the required project specification.
To ensure timeous updated / revised engineering designs in line with customer specifications.
To design according to set specifications and standards to keep within required quality specifications.
To compile, update and maintain the design documentation and design packs in line with the company process.

Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4
CAD diploma or certificate
3 years Draughting experience in engineering environment (2 years applicable software e.g., CAD, OneDes, MicroStation, DAD)
Knowledge of instrumentation and/or electrical field
Knowledge of drawing procedures and specifications
