Competencies required: Computer literate Excellent communication skills Drivers license (Code 8) Minimum of 3 years in Daily cleaning in Supervision / Management OR Costing of cleaning equipment and supplies / chemicals Minimum of 5 years experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry Excellent customer liaison skills Selling skills and experience Key Areas of Responsibility: Supervision of cleaning staff on various client sites Cost control associated with cleaning contracts Implementation and monitoring of systems and controls on cleaning sites Quoting of daily cleaning contracts and ad-hoc services Regular liaison with clients Coordination of replacement and relief staff Recruitment and other HR matters (in conjunction with HR department) Training of cleaning staff Quality control .
