• Collect, clean, and rework data from multiple sources into reliable, decision-ready datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that bring clarity to complex trends.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights that shape lending and risk strategies.
• Present and pitch insights with confidence, influencing decisions at all levels of the business.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ BI Analyst or Data Analyst experience, ideally in credit or financial services.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong communication skills – you can pitch data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving through data.
• Office-based role: must be comfortable collaborating on-site daily.
